The lion king

Shubayu had a plan to watch this movie. Like a miracle sinjan was also ready. The lion king. First of all I'm not a big fan of Disney and marvel movies. To be frank I have started watching English movies after I got admission in pondy university. Well let's talk about the movie now.
The lion king is a story of animals especially lions. Story of a king who was betrayed by his own brother. The real king has a son and he had to leave the kingdom because of his fathers brother. He has reached in a new place when he was a cub. And brought up with new friends and new life style. The villian character has taken the kingdom and ruled like a mad person. Simba is the name of the son. He had a childhood friend Nana. After they grew up Nana went to search simba. She is finding him and take him back to home. There he kills his uncle and take down the kingdom back.
So basically this movie is totally predictable. Because in Indian film industry we have seen several stories like this. Nothing new I could find in the story. But the view of Africa and the forest is awesome. This movie is a 3D movie. Since we have chosen the wrong seats we could not get the real effect. People may feel ridiculous since it is a story of animals who can speak English. It's fine. Anyway I just felt it as a ok movie. It has comedy and songs. So a onetime watchable movie I would say. We can not find much 3D effects in the movie. They could have made it more colorful. 3/5 is my rating
